2. Person responsible for the content
Responsible for the content of this website: Mourad Saadi, Bernerring 7, 4054 Basel, Switzerland.
3. Nature of the content
This website presents the services of an independent, principal-led advisory working on AI governance and assurance, cyber GRC and digital resilience, and geopolitical and cyberwarfare analysis, together with its approach, publications and information for prospective collaborators.
Published material about regulations, frameworks and standards (including, but not limited to, the EU AI Act, the Swiss nFADP/nDSG, the Swiss ISG, NIS2, DORA and the EU Cyber Resilience Act) is general information, current as of the verification date stated on the relevant page. Regulatory timelines and applicability change; dates and scope must be checked before they are relied on.
4. No advice — important limitation
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, regulatory, tax, audit, investment or other professional advice, and nothing here creates an adviser-client relationship. AZMA Consulting is not a law firm, is not a certification body, and is not accredited to issue certification against any standard. Where a framework is voluntary, this site does not present it as legally required.
Any decision with legal or regulatory consequences should be taken with qualified counsel and advisers on the facts of your own situation.
5. Copyright and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website is © AZMA Consulting. You may read, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution to AZMA Consulting and, where practical, a link to this site. You may not reproduce substantial content, republish it commercially, or present it as your own without our prior written permission.
6. Maintained publications
Articles published in Insights are maintained and periodically re-verified. In particular, the EU AI Act timeline article — whose application schedule has already moved once — is reviewed and re-stamped with its verification date as the regulatory position develops. Where a position is subject to change or dispute, the article says so rather than presenting it as settled.
